No win, no fee. Then 30%.
If nothing is recovered you pay nothing, ever. If we win, our fee is 30% of what comes back, and the numbers below are the whole story: no signup fee, no processing fee, no charge for checking.
What that looks like
A long-haul EU claim pays €600 per passenger. Recovered at the standard fee, €420 of it lands with you.
If it takes lawyers
Most airlines pay without a courtroom. When one refuses a claim it owes, escalating through a partner law firm is what makes them pay, and that work can raise the total fee to 50% of the recovery. Two promises around it: we tell you before that step is taken so you can decide, and the court costs are our risk, not yours. If the case loses, you owe nothing.
The fine points, plainly
When exactly do I pay?
Only when compensation is actually recovered. The fee comes out of the recovered amount before your share is sent. If the airline pays you directly instead, we ask you for the fee within 14 days.
Are there any other costs?
No. Checking is free, submitting is free, and there are no membership, processing or handling fees. The percentages on this page are the only numbers.
Do I have to use a service at all?
No. You can always claim directly with the airline for free, and our rights guides show you how. Our service is for people who would rather hand the fight to someone who does it all day.
