Hear from travelers we've helped
Real claims, in the claimants' own words. Every outcome depends on the flight, the route and the rules that reach it, so treat these as what happened to them rather than what will happen to you.
My Delta flight from JFK to Tel Aviv was canceled just one day before departure. Delayed Get Paid handled the claim for me and successfully got me ₪4,200 in compensation. The process was easy, professional, and they took care of everything. Highly recommended! We were a group of 20 boys traveling together on United Airlines from Frankfurt to New York when our flight had to turn around due to a mechanical issue. Delayed Get Paid handled the claim for the entire group and got us the full €600 in compensation for each passenger. They made a complicated situation much easier and took care of the whole process for us.My luggage was delayed for 3 days, and I had a wedding to attend, so I had to buy clothes and other essentials. Delayed Get Paid helped me recover over $1,400 between my travel insurance and the airline. They handled everything and made the process very easy.Shown in English, as each person wrote it.

What we cover
More on what we cover
Delayed flights
Landed 3 or more hours late? Depending on the route and the rules that apply, a long delay can be worth hundreds per passenger.

Canceled flights
Canceled with less than 14 days' notice? You may be owed compensation on top of your refund or rebooking.

Denied boarding and overbooking
Bumped from an oversold flight you did not volunteer to leave? US rules alone can pay up to $2,150.

Overbooked flights
The airline sold more seats than the plane has and yours was the one that vanished? That bump pays, on top of your rebooking.

Missed connections
An earlier delay made you miss the next leg? What counts is how late you reached your final destination.

Lost, delayed or damaged baggage
Airlines are liable for your bags. Keep your receipts and we pursue what the rules allow, up to the caps.

Travel insurance claims
Had a policy for the trip? We claim on it for you, beside the airline claim or on its own: delays, baggage, a canceled trip, medical bills abroad.
Think that flight is too old?
Claims can reach back years. A delay from a past trip may still be worth real money, and checking it costs nothing.
Questions people ask first
See all FAQsHow do I know if I have a claim?
Run the two minute check. It looks at your route, your dates and what happened, then shows which rules may apply and what they can pay. It is a preliminary answer, and our team confirms everything before the claim goes out.
What does this cost me?
Nothing up front and nothing if we do not recover money. Our standard fee is 30% of the compensation we recover. If a claim needs legal escalation through one of our partner law firms, the total fee can rise to 50%, and we tell you before that step is taken so you can decide. One thing to know: while your claim is with us, do not settle separately with the airline. You can also bring the claim yourself, directly with the airline, at no cost. Nobody needs a service like ours; people use one because the follow-up is the hard part.
What happens after I submit?
You get a confirmation email with your reference number as soon as your claim is in. Then we review it, confirm what applies, and may ask for supporting documents. From there we submit to the airline and handle every response. If the airline refuses a valid claim, qualifying cases can be escalated through our partner law firms. When money is recovered, you get paid.
What documents do I need?
Your booking confirmation or ticket and, if you have it, the boarding pass. For baggage claims, the airline report and receipts for what you had to buy. Do not worry if something is missing. Submit what you have and we will tell you if anything else is needed.
Your old flight might owe you money.
Free to check. Nothing to lose.
