Why the difference matters
The standard fee decides most claims
Most recoveries never see a courtroom, so the standard percentage is what you will most likely pay. Ours is 30%; every point above that is money out of your compensation.
The legal-action number is the one to read twice
Stubborn airlines pay when a law firm files. Services differ most in what that costs you, and whether losing in court can ever land on you. With us it cannot: if nothing is recovered you owe nothing, court or no court.
Doing it yourself is always free
No service, ours included, is mandatory. Airlines accept direct claims, and our rights guides tell you exactly what yours owes. The fee buys the fight, not the right.
